Deleting Account & User Data

If you wish to delete your account from the Lemonts app (developed by Lemonts), send us an email to info@lemontspreschool.com, and include the following:

Please ensure that you are sending the email from the email address used during the registration process of your child/children at the preschool.

  1. Subject Line: Use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject line.

  2. Include Your Information:
    In the body of the email, please include:

    • the phone number associated with your account

    • the name(s) of your child/children linked to your account

  3. Request Deletion: Clearly state that you are requesting the deletion of your account and associated data.

We will verify the request via phone to ensure its validity.
If you have changed your number from the one used to register please provide it as part of your requested information.

Following this verification, you will receive a confirmation email stating that the account will be deleted within the next 30 days.

Data Retention:

  • Data Deleted: When your account is deleted, all personal data associated with your account will be deleted, including your child’s activity information, photos, videos, and any other personal details provided.

  • Data Retained: Certain non-personal anonymous data may be retained.

After sending the email, our team will process your request as soon as possible. We will notify you via email when your account and data have been successfully deleted.
